MSGS Frontal Hair System — Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment
The $750 MSGS Frontal Hair System Package includes one client-specific frontal hair prosthesis ($350) and professional scalp and attachment preparation, installation, precision cut-in, blending, and finished styling ($450).
Special-Order Policy: The frontal hair prosthesis is ordered specifically for the client following purchase. If the client cancels before the system is ordered, a full refund will be provided. Once the order is placed, MSGS may retain up to $350 for nonrecoverable system costs and refund the remaining balance for installation services not performed.
Maintenance, replacement systems, repairs, and color services are not included. Hair system lifespan varies according to wear, lifestyle, and care; no specific lifespan is guaranteed.
Installation is scheduled after the frontal hair system arrives. MSGS will contact the client with a private scheduling link.
If MSGS cannot provide the agreed system or services, applicable refunds or alternatives will be offered. These terms do not limit rights under applicable law.
