4. Scheduling, Intake Forms, and Client Records
MSGS uses Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service, to manage online appointments and certain client intake information.
When scheduling a paid appointment, clients may be required to complete intake forms, questionnaires, acknowledgments, or agreements applicable to the service selected.
Information collected through these forms may become part of the client’s business or service record and may be used for appointment preparation, service planning, documentation, communication, and future client care.
The free Discovery Call may use a separate pre-call form appropriate to that service.

Internal service-documentation media may be used for purposes such as:
service planning
documenting starting condition

replacement planning
client recordkeeping
Public marketing or promotional use requires separate client authorization as described in the MSGS Photo & Media Policy.
Consent to internal service documentation does not automatically constitute consent to public marketing use.

These communications may include:
appointment confirmations

Marketing communications, when used, may be subject to separate consent or opt-out options where applicable.
7. Payments
Paid MSGS appointments generally require a booking payment at the time of scheduling, with the remaining balance due before the service begins, according to the current Booking, Cancellation & Payment Policy.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors connected to Acuity, Squarespace, Square, or another business platform selected by MSGS.
Payment processors may collect information necessary to authorize and complete transactions in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.
