Strategy Session Investment — $97
The $97 fee reserves your private appointment and covers the assessment, education, professional recommendations, and personalized planning provided during the session. Hair systems, installation, maintenance, and future services are separate.
The Strategy Session does not include a hair system or installation service.
HAIR SYSTEM SELECTION
Your Hair System Is Selected Around You
A natural-looking result depends on more than choosing a hair system. Your system should be selected around your appearance, existing hair, lifestyle, maintenance needs, and desired result.
Base & Attachment
Base material and attachment method affect realism, durability, breathability, comfort, and maintenance. The appropriate combination depends on your scalp, lifestyle, activity level, and service plan.
Hairline & Density
Hairline placement and density should complement your age, facial structure, existing hair, and desired appearance. More hair or a lower hairline is not automatically more natural.
Color, Gray & Texture
Color, gray percentage, texture, and curl pattern are selected to coordinate with your natural hair and create a believable blend.
Stock or Custom Unit
A stock system may be appropriate when the available specifications fit your needs. Custom options may be considered when more individualized size, color, density, texture, or design specifications are required.
Expected Hair System Lifespan
Hair-system lifespan varies by base construction, wear frequency, maintenance, lifestyle, and home care.

After your Strategy Session, MSGS will explain your recommended hair system, installation plan, maintenance expectations, and total investment.
Clients whose needs can be met with an appropriate skin-base stock system may qualify for the $950 Hair Replacement Package.
What the $950 Package Includes
The package includes:
One selected skin-based stock hair system
Hairline planning
Professional installation
Attachment
Cut-in and blending
Finished styling
Initial care and maintenance guidance
Custom or Premium Requirements
Some clients may require a custom, specialty, or premium hair system based on size, color, gray percentage, texture, density, base construction, or other specifications.
When the $950 stock package is not appropriate, MSGS will explain the available options and provide a separate quote before you make a commitment.
Payment and Ordering
Your recommended package must be approved and paid according to the active MSGS payment policy before the hair system is ordered, allocated, or prepared.
Because hair systems are selected specifically for the approved client plan, applicable payments become non-refundable once the unit has been ordered, allocated, customized, or prepared for service.
PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
Your Installation Is Scheduled After the Hair System Is Ready
Once your selected hair system has arrived or been allocated and reviewed, MSGS will provide your installation-booking instructions and appointment-preparation requirements.
Installation is included in the approved $950 Hair Replacement Package.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Your preparation instructions may include:
• Hair and scalp preparation
• Whether to cut or leave your hair unchanged before the appointment
• Removal of an existing system, when applicable
• Products to avoid before service
• Clothing or styling considerations
• Expected appointment duration
• Any remaining documentation or payment requirements
Allow Enough Time for Your Installation
Hair replacement installation is detailed work. Your appointment includes hairline placement, attachment, cutting, blending, styling, adjustments, and initial care guidance.
Appointment length varies based on the client, hair system, and approved service plan. Your expected appointment time will be provided before your installation.
INSTALLATION & FINISHING
The Result Is Built Through Placement, Cutting, and Blending
Installation is not simply attaching a unit to the scalp. The system must be positioned, secured, cut, blended, styled, and evaluated as part of the client’s full appearance.
Preparation & Attachment
The scalp and remaining hair are prepared according to the selected system and attachment approach. The system is then positioned and secured according to the approved service plan.
Hairline Positioning
The hairline is positioned according to the approved design and adjusted to complement the client's proportions.
Cut-In, Blending & Styling
The system is cut, blended, and styled with the client's existing hair to create an integrated, finished appearance.
Initial Care Guidance
Before leaving, the client receives instructions for immediate aftercare, home care, styling, maintenance timing, and situations that require contacting MSGS.
ONGOING CARE
Installation Is the Beginning — Not the End
Hair systems require ongoing care to maintain their appearance, attachment, and comfort. Your recommended maintenance schedule will depend on your system, lifestyle, and individual needs.
Professional maintenance is scheduled separately and is not included in the initial $950 Hair Replacement Package.
LONG-TERM PLANNING
Hair Systems Do Not Last Forever
A hair system is a wearable grooming product. Its lifespan varies based on the system, wear, maintenance, lifestyle, and home care.
During maintenance visits, MSGS can monitor the condition of your system and help you plan for replacement as the system approaches the end of its useful lifespan.
YOUR PART IN THE PROCESS
A Strong Result Requires Client Participation
MSGS provides the professional planning, installation, maintenance guidance, and support. Your part is to follow the recommended care plan, attend scheduled maintenance, use appropriate home-care practices, and communicate concerns early.
Hair replacement is an ongoing grooming commitment. Maintenance, care products, repairs when needed, and future replacement systems are separate investments beyond the initial $950 Hair Replacement Package.
HONEST RECOMMENDATIONS
Not Every Person or Situation Should Move Forward
Hair replacement is not the right solution for every person or every situation. MSGS may recommend delaying service, considering another option, or addressing a concern before moving forward.
The purpose of the Strategy Session is to help you make an informed decision—not to force every inquiry into a sale. Sometimes the right recommendation is “not yet” or “not this option.”
