Studio Policies: Booking, Cancellation, and Deposit Policy

At Men’s Signature Grooming Studio, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. The following policy is intended to keep scheduling clear, protect reserved studio time, and outline how consultation fees and booking deposits are handled.

Booking Payment Requirement

A booking payment is required to reserve non add on service appointments with Men’s Signature Grooming Studio. The required payment amount depends on the service selected at the time of booking and will be collected according to the terms below.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Requests to cancel or reschedule may be submitted through the booking link, by text, by email, or by direct contact with the studio. The official cancellation or rescheduling time will be based on the timestamp of the message or booking-system request received.

Consultation Policy

A $97 consultation fee is required in full at the time of booking to reserve a consultation appointment.

If the client moves forward with a Hair System Installation within 30 days, the full $97 consultation fee will be credited toward that installation service.

Consultation appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Consultation appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, canceled the same day, or resulting in a no-show will result in forfeiture of the $97 consultation fee.

Installation Reservation Deposit Policy

For new Hair System Installation appointments, the hair unit must arrive first before the installation appointment is scheduled.

Once the unit has arrived, the client will be sent the appointment link to book the installation appointment.

A 50% Booking payment is required at the time the installation appointment is booked to reserve the appointment time.

The 50% Booking payment will be applied toward the installation service total only.

Hair System product cost is separate and is not included in the reservation deposit or the installation service price.

Any Hair System product charge will be quoted separately and must be approved before an order is placed. If a Hair System is custom ordered, special ordered, or ordered specifically for the client, that product charge may be non-refundable once the order has been placed, except where otherwise required by law or in cases of studio error.

Maintenance Appointment Policy

Maintenance appointments require a 50% Booking Payment at the time of booking to reserve the appointment.

The 50% Booking Payment will be applied toward the maintenance service total at the time of the appointment.

Maintenance appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, canceled the same day, or resulting in a no-show will result in forfeiture of the 50% Booking Payment.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients are expected to arrive on time for all appointments.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the service properly, safely, and without disrupting the studio schedule. When appropriate, late arrival may also result in a shortened service.

If an appointment must be rescheduled due to arrival more than 15 minutes late, it will be treated as a late cancellation under this policy, and the applicable consultation fee or deposit may be forfeited.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show.

No-show outcomes are as follows:

  • Consultations: $97 consultation fee forfeited

  • Installations: 50% Booking Payment

  • Maintenance Appointments: 50% Booking Payment

Repeated no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Emergency Consideration

Courtesy exceptions for true emergencies may be granted at the sole discretion of the studio and are only valid if confirmed by the studio. Exceptions are not guaranteed.

Refunds and Fee Reversals

Any approved refund, fee reversal, or account credit will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, in addition to any time required by the card issuer to post the credit.

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment with Men’s Signature Grooming Studio, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including the cancellation terms, consultation fee terms, and deposit terms.
