When you schedule the Discovery Call, you will complete a brief pre-call form and upload three clear photographs of your head and hair.
The photographs provide visual context for your questions so the limited call time can be used more effectively. They are not used to perform a scalp assessment, design a hairline, select a system, or make personalized service recommendations.

Face the camera directly in clear, even lighting. Include your full hairline and the top of your head.
Photograph 2 — Top View
Position the camera above your head so the frontal area, top, and crown are visible.
Photograph 3 — Side or Back View
Choose the angle that best shows the area of concern, current hair system, thinning, blend, or coverage issue.
Do not wear a hat or use filters. Use clear, current photographs taken in ordinary lighting.
The photographs are used for private pre-call preparation. They do not replace an in-person assessment or determine final candidacy, pricing, system selection, or results.
