When you schedule the Discovery Call, you will complete a brief pre-call form and upload three clear photographs of your head and hair.
These images help MSGS understand your general concern before the call and use the limited appointment time more effectively.

Face the camera directly in clear, even lighting. Include your full hairline and the top of your head.
Photograph 2 — Top View
Position the camera above your head so the frontal area, top, and crown are visible.
Photograph 3 — Side or Back View
Choose the angle that best shows the area of concern, current hair system, thinning, blend, or coverage issue.
Do not wear a hat or use filters. Use clear, current photographs taken in ordinary lighting.
The photographs are used for private pre-call preparation. They do not replace an in-person assessment or determine final candidacy, pricing, system selection, or results.

Your Photographs Are Not Automatically Marketing Content
Photographs submitted with the Discovery Call form are used for private service review and call preparation.
