MSGS Signature Package — Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment
The $950 MSGS Signature Package includes a client-specific stock skin hair system ($450) and professional scalp and attachment preparation, installation, precision cut-in, blending, and finished styling ($600).
Special-Order Policy: A hair system is ordered specifically for the client following booking. If the client cancels before the system is ordered, a full refund will be provided. Once the order is placed, MSGS may retain up to $450 for nonrecoverable system costs, and refund the remaining balance for installation services not performed.
Maintenance, replacement systems, repairs, and color services are not included. Hair system lifespan varies according to wear, lifestyle, and care; no specific lifespan is guaranteed.
If MSGS cannot provide the agreed system or services, applicable refunds or alternatives will be offered. These terms do not limit rights under applicable law.

Routine Skin System Maintenance
$225 — Professional Maintenance & Reinstallation
Routine maintenance for skin-base hair systems, including system removal, adhesive cleanup, scalp and system cleansing, preparation, reattachment, blending, and finished styling.
Excessive buildup, repairs, or corrective work may require additional charges.
Routine Lace / Mono / Hybrid Maintenance
$275 — Professional Maintenance & Reinstallation
Routine professional maintenance for lace, mono, hybrid, and other delicate or labor-intensive hair systems. Service includes system removal, thorough cleaning of the system and scalp, adhesive removal, scalp and system preparation, reattachment, blending, and finished styling as needed.
Additional charges may apply for excessive adhesive or product buildup, repairs, corrective work, or services requiring extended appointment time.
Lace/Mono Restoration & Reinstallation
$350- Intensive Restoration & Reinstallation
A comprehensive restoration service for lace, mono, hybrid, or delicate hair systems requiring care beyond routine maintenance. Designed for excessive buildup, difficult cleanup, matting, tangling, neglected systems, or corrective work. Includes removal, intensive cleaning, scalp and system preparation, reattachment, blending, and finished styling. Additional charges may apply for repairs or severe system deterioration.
